The Strategy and Management Consulting Unit consists of companies that work with our customers' general management to define and implement their corporate strategy. Strategy and management consulting is either the core business of the companies in the Group or simply one aspect of their activities.
Under the terms of a global contract, specialists from this unit work on international problem issues. Altran CIS employ over 5000 Consultants & have operations in UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands and Brazil. The purpose of the Organisation and Information Systems Consulting Unit is to group together all the activities concerned so as to make global offers meeting the customers' performance requirements.
